They have excellent shipping service. I got my shipment error from USPS saying that somebody signed my package and I never received the product. but when I talked to vape royalty about it, they gave me a full refund for the order I didn't receive.

I've always had a great experience with these guys and I've been ordering from them for years! Had a last minute change I wanted to make (after I had the order processed) because I didn't realize one of the flavors I had chosen was menthol and emailed at 1140pm. I got a reply at 1151pm, or, nine minutes later asking if I wanted to credit it out, or replace it with something else. I replaced it, and that should be good to go now. We'll see if all that makes it to me correct at this point, but I have no doubts. Will update if things are wonky or extra!

This site sold me faulty coils for my vaporesso xross 3 . Due to the coils leaking as I was letting the juice soak in so I wouldn’t burn it . The juice leaked out into and all over my mod and it is now damaged and they won’t refund any money for the coils or my ruined mod. Very disappointed.

I’ve always shopped through VR, great prices and always in stock. Had my first issue this week with bottles being broken. I reached out to see what we could do and the customer service team had responded and resolved the issue promptly and with absolutely no hassle. 12/10 will buy again.

I thought I ordered tfv18 coils but instead received v18 mini coils. The invoice says tfv18 mini coils which I did not select! I’ve bought multiple times from them and this is the first bad experience.

At first I was not going to make a perches through this compony due to the bad reviews. I did a test run and got some hi drip juice and pnp coils. Everything came in my package. Everything is real product. There prices are perfect, I would even pay 2-3 dollars more per bottle and still will be getting an good deal. ordered on 4/9 and received on 4/15 and it was a holiday weekend of my order.

Vape Royalty, LLC sent me products that expired on January 18, 2023. My order date was April 3, 2023. I emailed them and left a voice message, but haven't heard from them. I spent $14.00+ for shipping for them to send me the expired product they need to get rid of. I'm so disappointed that a company would try to fleece the very people who keep them in business. I have reported them to the Consumer Protection Division of the Attorney General’s Office because they have not tried to rectify this situation.

Horrible shipping. It's been 5 days and it hasn't even shipped. The shipping label was created 3 days ago and still hasn't shipped. I had this issue last time I ordered. Figured I'd give them another chance but they struck out. This will be the last time I order from them.

Placed my first order with them recently. Order was placed on Thursday and I paid the extra $2 for rush shipping and had it at my door on Monday, incredible being as they are out of Texas and I’m in Maine. Prices were great, and the juice is legit. They definitely earned a return customer

The customer service and products are top notch. I have had issues with my local post office receiving some packages and can always trust that Vape Royalty will swiftly take care of any issues that arise.

Great variety of products, fast shipping which you don't always find with vape companies. But most importantly, AMAZING customer service!! Highly recommend Vape Royalty!

This vape company is the best! At first I was sceptical of money scam because who can trust spending money online now-days. But this is definitely legit, the owner is a great person, they even credited the cost of shipping for me because the ice storm drastically delayed my order. From now on this is the ONLY place I will order from. Thank you Vape Royalty!

Reasonable prices and delivery timelines. Customer service recently assisted with an issue with a particular mod via email. They responded quite quickly and sent me a new product after verifying the issue. Definitely will continue to use this company.

This company Vape Royalty has great customer service my e-liquid got lost in the mail and I had the $2.50 insurance to cover anything happening like that and even if I didn't have the $2.50 insurance they probably would have made it right anyways knowing Vape Royalty because they're loyal to their customers. Super fast shipping. Always the correct stuff never the wrong milligram e-liquid or the wrong flavors everything's very accurate. And they have a great variety of tanks mods and e-liquid. And some of the best prices available. 👍👍👍
