Their shipping service is really impressive. I received a notice from USPS about a shipment error, claiming someone signed for my package, but I never got it. However, after reaching out to Vape Royalty, they promptly issued a full refund for the order I never got.

I've consistently had a fantastic time with these folks, and I've been placing orders with them for years! I had a last-minute change I wanted to make (after the order was already processed) because I didn’t catch that one of the flavors I picked was menthol. I shot them an email at 11:40 PM. They got back to me at 11:51 PM, just nine minutes later, asking if I wanted to get a credit or swap it for something else. I opted for a replacement, and that should be all set now. We’ll see if everything arrives correctly, but I’m feeling pretty confident. I’ll keep you posted if anything goes sideways or if there’s anything extra!

I purchased some faulty coils for my Vaporesso Xross 3 from this site. While I was trying to let the juice soak in to avoid burning it, the coils started leaking. The juice ended up spilling all over my mod, which is now damaged, and they refuse to give me a refund for either the coils or my ruined device. I'm really let down.

I've been a regular shopper in VR, and I love the prices and the fact that items are usually available. This week, though, I ran into a problem with some broken bottles. I contacted them to sort it out, and the customer service crew got back to me quickly and fixed everything without any fuss. Definitely a 12/10, I'll be back for more!

I was under the impression I had ordered tfv18 coils, but what I got were v18 mini coils instead. The invoice shows tfv18 mini coils, which I definitely didn’t choose! I've shopped with them several times before, and this is the first time I've had a rough experience.

Initially, I was hesitant to buy from this company because of the negative feedback. I decided to give it a shot and ordered some hi drip juice along with pnp coils. My package arrived complete. All the items are genuine. Their prices are spot on; honestly, I’d be cool with paying an extra 2-3 bucks per bottle and still feel like I’m getting a solid deal. I placed my order on 4/9 and got it by 4/15, which is impressive considering it was a holiday weekend.

I received products from Vape Royalty, LLC that were already expired as of January 18, 2023. I placed my order on April 3, 2023. After reaching out via email and leaving a voicemail, I still haven't gotten a response. I paid over $14.00 for shipping just to get stuck with expired items they should've tossed. It's really disheartening that a business would try to take advantage of the customers who support them. I've reported this issue to the Consumer Protection Division at the Attorney General’s Office since they haven't made any effort to fix things.

Absolutely terrible delivery. It's been five days and my order still ain't shipped. They created the shipping label three days back, and it’s still sitting there. I faced this problem the last time I made a purchase. Thought I’d give them another shot, but they really messed up. This is definitely the last time I buy from them.

I just made my first purchase with this company not long ago. I ordered on a Thursday and opted for the $2 rush shipping, and it showed up at my place by Monday. That's pretty impressive considering they're based in Texas and I'm all the way in Maine. The prices are fantastic, and the juice is the real deal. They've definitely got a repeat customer in me!
